FLINT Corp. successfully passed all resolutions at their shareholders’ meeting with strong approval for director nominees and the reappointment of Ernst & Young LLP as auditors. Shareholders also voted in favor of amending the company’s by-laws to lower the quorum for shareholder meetings. The voting showcased overwhelming support, with all nominees receiving over 97% approval and the auditor reappointment and by-law amendment receiving 99.88% and 93.84% approval respectively.
