Fletcher Building Limited (FRCEF) has released an update.

Fletcher Building Limited successfully completed a major equity raising initiative, securing approximately NZ$593 million through an institutional entitlement offer and placement, with a high take-up rate from institutional investors. The capital will be used to fortify the company’s balance sheet and enhance financial resilience. Following the institutional round, the offer will open to eligible retail shareholders, who can also apply for additional shares, with the entire process detailed on a dedicated website.
