Fletcher Building Limited has announced the retail offer price for its accelerated entitlement offer at A$2.20, calculated based on the latest AUD/NZD exchange rate from the Reserve Bank of New Zealand. The offer, part of a larger non-renounceable entitlement offer, opens on 26 September 2024, exclusively outside the United States, in compliance with relevant securities regulations.
