Fletcher Building Expands Capital with Share Issue

Fletcher Building Limited (FRCEF) has released an update.

Fletcher Building Limited has issued 47,047,240 new ordinary shares as part of its Retail Entitlement Offer, initially announced on September 23, 2024. Priced at NZ$2.40 each, these shares represent a 4.577% increase in the company’s total shares, which now number 1,074,897,372 excluding any held as Treasury Stock. The offer, which is not available in the United States, has been executed to expand the company’s capital base.
