Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust ( (SG:BUOU) ) just unveiled an update.

Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust has issued 5,247,119 new units on 6 May 2026 to satisfy 75% of the base management fees for the period from 1 January to 31 March 2026, covering both the REIT Manager and the HAUT Manager. The units were priced at S$0.9818 each, based on the 10-day volume-weighted average price on the SGX, in line with the trust deeds and management agreements that govern FLCT and its sub-trusts.

Frasers Property Industrial Trust Holdings II Pte. Ltd. was nominated to receive all of these fee units and will pay the managers cash equal to the aggregate issue price, effectively converting the scrip fees into cash for the managers while concentrating unit ownership with the Frasers sponsor group. Following this issuance, FLCT’s total units in issue rose to 3,801,261,635, with FPITH II holding about 22.10% and the REIT Manager about 0.48%, underscoring continued sponsor alignment but causing a modest unit dilution for other unitholders.

The most recent analyst rating on (SG:BUOU) stock is a Buy with a S$1.05 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust stock, see the SG:BUOU Stock Forecast page.
