Five9, Inc. has extended its 2019 Key Employee Severance Benefit Plan (KESP) by a year, continuing to offer senior executives, including top named officers, significant severance benefits based on their employment tier. Benefits include lump-sum payments ranging from 4 to 18 months of base salary, continued health insurance or premium payments, and in some cases, accelerated equity vesting. This extension maintains the same benefit levels as previously established and is contingent upon compliance with company policies and a release of claims by the participants.
