Fitzroy River Corp. Ltd. has introduced two new facilities to enable shareholders with shareholdings valued at $1,000 or less to sell their shares without incurring brokerage or handling fees. Shareholders with less than $500 in shares will automatically have their shares sold unless they opt out, while those with holdings between $500 and $1,000 must actively choose to sell their shares under the share sale facility. These initiatives aim to streamline the company’s structure by reducing the number of small shareholdings and to provide a cost-effective exit option for shareholders with minimal shares.
