Fitzroy Minerals Inc. has launched a non-brokered private placement to raise $1.5 million through the sale of units at $0.15 each, which includes common shares and warrants. The proceeds will finance exploration activities and provide working capital. The offering is expected to close by late September 2024, pending necessary regulatory approvals.
