Fitell Corporation has officially changed its certifying accountant, as confirmed in a letter from the new auditors, Accell Audit and Compliance, P.A. The auditors have agreed with statements made about their firm in Fitell’s Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K and consented to the filing of their consent as an exhibit to the report.
