Fission Uranium (TSE:FCU) has released an update.
Fission Uranium Corp. has successfully conducted its annual general and special meeting, with significant shareholder participation and the approval of all proposed resolutions. Shareholders voted in favor of re-electing directors, with notably high approval ratings, and approved the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors. Additionally, a special resolution passed allowing for a potential share consolidation of up to 10-to-1, at the discretion of the board.
