Fission Uranium Corp. has delayed its special meeting of shareholders and optionholders to vote on a strategic arrangement with Paladin Energy Limited, as the current majority votes in favor fall short of the needed two-thirds approval. The postponement allows more time for all votes to be cast before the new deadline. The company and two leading proxy advisory firms continue to endorse voting in favor of the arrangement.
