FirstWave Director Concludes Tenure with Shares

FirstWave Cloud Technology Ltd. (AU:FCT) has released an update.

Raymond Kiley, a director at FirstWave Cloud Technology Limited, has ceased his role on April 23, 2024, after having his final director’s interest notice filed with the ASX. Prior to his departure, Kiley held over 1 million fully paid ordinary shares and a combined total of over 1.5 million share appreciation and service rights, although 900,000 share appreciation rights were canceled upon his retirement.
