FirstGroup plc has announced the appointment of Lena Wilson CBE as the new Chair of the Board, effective from February 1, 2025. Lena Wilson brings a wealth of experience, having served in leadership roles across various organizations, including Scottish Power Renewables and NatWest Group plc. The company expressed confidence in her ability to drive future growth and thanked outgoing Board member David Martin for his service.
