First Watch Restaurant Group Board Reshuffles

First Watch Restaurant Group (FWRG) has shared an update.

Julie M.B. Bradley has stepped down from the Board of Directors of First Watch Restaurant Group, Inc. to pursue other professional interests, with no disagreements cited regarding the company’s operations. Charles Jemley, with a rich background including CFO roles at Dutch Bros Inc. and CKE Restaurant Holdings, replaces Bradley as a Class II director and takes over as chair of the Audit Committee. Additionally, the board welcomes Michael Fleisher, a seasoned executive with experience at Wayfair and Warner Music Group, as a new Class I director, with both new members set to receive standard non-employee director compensation and equity grants.
