First Sponsor Group Announces Board Reshuffle

First Sponsor Group Ltd (SG:ADN) has released an update.

First Sponsor Group Limited has announced significant changes to its Board and Board Committees following an Annual General Meeting held on April 25, 2024. Independent Directors Ms. Ting Ping Ee Joan Maria and Mr. Yee Chia Hsing have retired, and their committee roles have been re-assigned to existing directors Mr. Desmond Wee Guan Oei and Ms. Tan Yee Peng, who will take on additional responsibilities.
