This move is set to preserve the club’s future by integrating the historical site into a new development featuring luxury apartments, a high-end hotel, and event spaces while maintaining the heritage façade. The sale has been described as a strategic decision to ensure the club’s longevity and the redevelopment is progressing as scheduled with apartment presales to commence in early 2025.
