First Resources Limited held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 26, 2024, at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, chaired by Mr. Chang See Hiang. During the meeting, CEO Mr. Ciliandra Fangiono presented the company’s operational and financial performance for the fiscal year 2023. Shareholder questions were addressed, with the responses available on the company’s website, and voting was conducted by proxy with Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services and Reliance 3P Advisory appointed for polling and scrutiny.
