Jeremy Barkes, a manager at First Property Group plc, has sold a total of 95,800 shares at prices marginally above 13p to partially fund his participation in the company’s Open Offer. Post-transaction, Barkes retains a 1.35% stake in the UK and Central Europe property fund manager and investor. The company is known for its active asset management strategy and diversified investment portfolio across the UK, Poland, and Romania.
