First Phosphate Welcomes New Board Member

First Phosphate Corp. (TSE:PHOS) has released an update.

First Phosphate Corp. has announced the appointment of philanthropist and investment industry leader Peter J.F. Nicholson to its board of directors, following the resignation of former director Marc Branson. Nicholson’s extensive experience in philanthropy and the mining industry is expected to bolster the company’s vision of creating a North American Lithium Iron Phosphate battery valley in Quebec. He has also been awarded 150,000 RSUs vesting in two phases by the company.
