First Pacific Co Plans Strategic Investment Moves

First Pacific Company Limited is set to hold a Special General Meeting virtually on August 22, 2024, to discuss and potentially approve a series of investment agreements. These agreements include a significant share purchase and a subscription agreement related to PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, as well as a shareholders’ agreement to guide the future governance of the company. Shareholders will be asked to ratify these deals, which represent strategic expansion moves by First Pacific.
