First Nordic Metals Acquires Finnish Gold Project

Barsele Minerals (TSE:FNM) has released an update.

First Nordic Metals Corp. has successfully completed its acquisition of the Oijärvi Gold Project in Finland, which features the high-grade Kylmäkangas gold deposit. The deal involved issuing shares to Agnico Eagle Mines Limited, satisfying the remaining considerations under the previous purchase agreement. This acquisition expands First Nordic’s portfolio, including the Barsele gold project in Sweden and a significant land position in Finland’s Oijärvi Greenstone Belt.
