First Majestic Silver Corp. has begun distributing materials for its upcoming special meeting where shareholders will vote on issuing up to 190 million shares for the acquisition of Gatos Silver, Inc. The company is adopting an eco-friendly approach by providing digital access to the meeting materials to reduce paper waste and costs.
