First Lithium Limited has announced the cancellation of a previously announced securities issuance due to the need to reallocate the proposed options to a new class, as the original options were subject to escrow restrictions. The company, listed as FL1 on the ASX, had initially announced the proposal on April 30, 2024, but retracted it by May 3, 2024, to comply with regulatory requirements.
