First Lithium Minerals Expands Ontario Claims

PetroCorp Group (TSE:FLM) has released an update.

First Lithium Minerals Corp. has expanded its Lidstone project in northwestern Ontario by staking an additional 547 mining claims, increasing the total project area to 12,830 hectares. The Ontario Geological Survey’s recent report highlights the region’s potential for lithium-cesium-tantalum type pegmatites, which are key for tech and battery industries and are found near the Lidstone project area. This exploration update comes after both historical research and recent field work indicating favorable conditions for rare-element pegmatites.
