First Graphene Ltd ( (AU:FGR) ) has shared an update.
First Graphene Limited reported third-quarter FY2026 income of about A$130,000, mainly from graphene sales into composite and polymer markets and development and grant-funded programs. The company strengthened its technology base and market reach through the acquisition of Australian firms Ionic Industries and Imagine Intelligent Materials, securing a production plant, equipment, and intellectual property spanning environmental remediation, water treatment, energy storage, sensing technologies, and functional coatings.
A key focus of the deal is Ionic’s revenue-generating graphene coating formulations for geotextiles, which improve barrier and conductivity properties to reduce leakage in applications such as farm and tailings dams. Alongside this, First Graphene advanced commercialisation with a world-first production trial of graphene-enhanced cement roof tiles with UK precast manufacturer FP McCann, completed the HyPStore composite storage tank project validating its gas barrier materials, and signed multiple distribution agreements in North America, India, the UAE, and South Asia, collectively broadening its global footprint and accelerating its capital-efficient strategy in high-growth markets.
