First Business Financial Maintains Quarterly Dividend Rate

First Business Financial Services, Inc. has announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share for its common stock, maintaining the same amount as the previous quarter. This dividend is slated for payment on August 21, 2024, to shareholders listed as of August 8, 2024. Additionally, a $17.50 per share dividend on its 7% Series A Preferred Stock will be paid on September 16, 2024, to shareholders on record as of August 31, 2024.
