Firm Capital Mortgage Investment Corporation has fully exercised its over-allotment option from its recent public offering, issuing an additional 292,500 shares and bringing the total gross proceeds to $25.34 million. The proceeds will be used to repay debt. The offering was led by a syndicate including TD Securities Inc. and CIBC Capital Markets among others.
