Firm Capital Mortgage Investment Corporation has announced an expansion of its bought deal offering, involving the sale of 1,950,000 common shares at $11.30 each, potentially raising $25.34 million if the over-allotment option is fully exercised. The proceeds from this offering, expected to close around August 8, 2024, will be used to repay debt and for general corporate purposes.
