Firm Capital Mortgage Investment Corporation has announced a major $20 million bought deal offering, with potential to raise up to $23 million if the over-allotment option is fully exercised. The proceeds from this offering, which is bookrun by TD Securities Inc. and CIBC Capital Markets, are earmarked for repaying debt and general corporate purposes, with the deal expected to close on August 8, 2024.
