Fireweed Metals Corp. has successfully concluded its annual general meeting, with shareholders voting in favor of all proposed resolutions, including the election of director nominees and the approval of the company’s Stock Option Plan. Shareholders also confirmed Davidson & Company LLP as the company’s auditors and granted the Board of Directors the discretion to change the company’s name if deemed appropriate.
