Fireweed Metals Corp. has successfully completed a significant financing round, securing $43 million, surpassing their initial target of $30 million. Major investors include the Lundin Family Trusts and individual Larry Childress, contributing to the oversubscribed private placement. The funds were raised through the sale of common shares and two types of flow-through shares, aimed at supporting the company’s growth and development projects.
