Fireweed Metals Corp. has announced a substantial non-brokered private placement aiming to raise CAD$30 million to propel its 2024 drilling and regional exploration programs at Macpass and Mactung. The Lundin Family Trusts have expressed interest in fully subscribing to the placement, highlighting robust investor confidence and negating the need for additional capital for this year’s planned activities. The funding will support a comprehensive 14,000-meter drilling program, positioning Fireweed for a year of aggressive exploration without financial shortfall.
