The company has raised £2.089 million through the issuance of 72,037,449 Ordinary Shares, with an additional minimum of £0.23 million expected from Directors’ subscriptions, aiming for a total of £2.319 million. Trading of the new shares on AIM is set to commence on the 20th of June 2024, expanding the total issued share capital with voting rights to 173,874,148 Ordinary Shares.
