Firering Strategic Minerals Plc, a company specializing in the exploration and development of strategic minerals, has announced the issuance of over 7.9 million new ordinary shares to its directors at 2.9 pence each, raising £230,000. As part of a broader financing initiative, the company raised a total of £2.319 million. These transactions are deemed fair and reasonable by the independent director, and the new shares will be admitted to trading on the AIM market around 4th July 2024.
