FireFly Metals Limited has announced the appointment of Renée Roberts as a new director on July 23, 2024. Despite not holding any shares herself, Roberts is indirectly involved in the company through her spouse, Mr. Peter Clarke Roberts, who owns 33,822 fully paid ordinary shares. No further interests in any contracts related to the company were disclosed.
