Firan Tech Reports AGM Results and Director Changes

Firan Tech (TSE:FTG) has released an update.

Firan Technology Group Corporation reported successful elections for five director nominees at its AGM, with one director, David F. Masotti, not receiving majority votes and expected to serve for up to 90 more days. The shareholders also reappointed MNP LLP as auditors, with a strong shareholder turnout representing over 72% of the company’s shares. FTG, a significant player in aerospace and defense electronics, continues its operations across North America and China.
