Fintel PLC, a leading UK fintech and support services company, has issued 280,024 new ordinary shares to meet share option entitlements under its employee share schemes. These shares are set to begin trading on the AIM market on July 5, 2024, at which point the company’s total issued share capital will be 104,152,238 ordinary shares. Fintel serves its clients through intermediary support, targeted financial distribution, and fintech and research services.
