Fintel PLC CEOs Sell Shares Amidst Demand

Fintel PLC (GB:FNTL) has released an update.

Fintel PLC, a prominent fintech and support services provider in the UK, announced that its Joint CEOs, Matt Timmins and Neil Stevens, have sold a significant number of shares at 297.5 pence each to satisfy institutional demand. Both CEOs have committed not to sell any additional shares for six months following the sale date. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange, AIM.
