FintechWerx has signed a five-year licensing agreement with AetherEV Energy Corporation under which the energy technology firm will integrate FintechWerx’s gateway software and transaction processing services into its electric vehicle charging and energy platform. The deal positions FintechWerx as the underlying payments infrastructure for AetherEV’s customer-facing transactions, enabling secure, real-time processing of multiple payment methods in a PCI DSS Level 1 environment, and marks an important strategic entry into the global EV charging infrastructure market while expanding FintechWerx’s presence in specialized verticals that require embedded, scalable payment capabilities.
