FintechWerx International Software Services Inc. is set for a stock consolidation on August 20, 2024, which will convert every ten current shares into one new share. Following the consolidation, the total shares outstanding will reduce to approximately 3.8 million from nearly 38 million. Shareholders will receive instructions to exchange their old shares for new ones from Endeavor Trust Company.
