Cornerstone FS Plc ( (GB:FIN) ) just unveiled an update.

Finseta plc has disclosed that its Non-executive Chairman, Gareth Edwards, has executed an internal reorganisation of his shareholding by selling 282,063 ordinary shares from his general investment account and repurchasing the same number into his self-invested personal pension. The transaction, conducted on AIM at around 8 pence per share, leaves Edwards’ overall holding in Finseta unchanged at 835,546 shares, or approximately 1.40% of the company’s issued share capital, and therefore has no dilutive effect or change in control implications for existing shareholders.

The company noted that this position excludes the impact of new fundraising shares that are scheduled to be admitted to trading on AIM later in April, alongside Edwards’ own participation in that fundraising. While primarily an administrative shift of holdings for the chairman, the disclosure underscores ongoing governance transparency and comes against the backdrop of Finseta’s continuing efforts to strengthen its capital base and expand its footprint in the competitive cross-border payments market.
