Finsbury Growth & Income Trust PLC has announced the buyback of 197,613 of its own shares at a price of 850.95 pence each, which will be held in treasury. Post-transaction, the company’s total treasury-held shares amount to 56,090,195, leaving 168,901,108 ordinary shares with voting rights in circulation.
