Finsbury Growth & Income Trust PLC has announced the buyback of 175,831 of its own shares at 838.46 pence each, to be held in treasury. Following the buyback, the total number of shares in treasury stands at 53,536,188, leaving 171,455,115 shares with voting rights in circulation. Shareholders can now use this new total for calculating their percentage of voting rights in the company.
