Finlay Minerals Ltd. successfully concluded its Annual General and Special Meeting, with shareholders approving all proposed resolutions, including the re-election of its six-member Board of Directors and the reappointment of its auditors and Stock Option Plan. The company, actively engaged in base and precious metal exploration in northern British Columbia, also confirmed its executive team for another year. Shareholders represented 51.70% of outstanding common shares, demonstrating robust participation in the company’s governance.
