Findi Limited has announced the issue of new unquoted equity securities, including options expiring in February 2029 with exercise prices ranging from $2.50 to $3.50. A total of 565,000 options are to be issued, as detailed in their latest securities notification dated October 7, 2024. These securities are part of an employee incentive scheme and are not currently being quoted on the ASX.
