At Findev Inc.’s recent AGM, shareholders re-elected five directors with overwhelming support, reaffirmed the appointment of the company’s external auditors, and endorsed the renewal of the Stock Option Plan. Nearly half of the outstanding common shares were represented at the meeting. The company recognized Niall Finnegan’s valuable contributions as he stepped down from the board due to personal commitments.
