Finder Energy Holdings Limited has disclosed a change in the interest of director Shane Westlake, reporting an acquisition of shares for both himself and his spouse, Kerri-Anne Westlake. The shares were obtained through participation in a pro-rata non-renounceable Entitlement Offer. Post-acquisition, Shane Westlake holds a total of 478,308 fully paid ordinary shares and maintains 3,733,333 performance rights.
