Finbar Group’s The Point Project Hits Sales Milestone

Finbar Group Limited (AU:FRI) has released an update.

Finbar Group Limited has announced the completion and issuance of individual strata titles for The Point project, marking the start of settlements of pre-sold lots. With $82.7 million in sales already secured, the project boasts a remaining $29.2 million in unsold debt-free stock. The Point is part of Finbar’s long-term commitment to the Springs residential precinct, with three more development sites remaining.
