Finbar Group Limited announced that its Director Mr. John Chan has increased his indirect interest in the company by purchasing 50,000 ordinary fully paid shares on the market, for a total consideration of $42,500. Following the transaction, Mr. Chan now indirectly holds a total of 29,905,198 shares. No direct interests were affected and all the changes were in accordance with the company’s trading policies.
