Finbar Group Limited has disclosed a change in the shareholding of Director Mr. John Chan, who purchased 100,000 indirect shares on-market, increasing his indirect interest to 29,605,198 ordinary fully paid shares with a total consideration of $95,931.90. This transaction, reported under the listing rule 3.19A.2, has not been made during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
